Our seniors housing options range from independent living apartments for those who wish to relax and avoid the worries and responsibilities of home maintenance, to assisted living residences that provide a diverse spectrum of wellness and care programs in the privacy of residents’ apartments. Growing demand, coupled with the ability to promote residents’ independence and quality of life, are the driving forces behind Trinity Continuing Care Services’ expansion into assisted living. Early intervention, personalized service, and comprehensive care are the keys to helping each and every one of our assisted living residents reach their full potential. Trinity Continuing Care Services operates eight seniors housing sites and two continuing care retirement communities. Four market-rate independent living/assisted living communities celebrated their grand openings in 2001. In addition, we support our mission by managing seven HUD 202 seniors housing communities and one low-income tax credit apartment community. The residents at all Trinity Continuing Care Services’ seniors housing locations enjoy a secure, supportive environment in communities guided by Catholic values and traditions.
